A few months ago, a close friend of the Boxelder team came out as bisexual. During tha
t conversation, we reiterated something we have always believed: love is love, and every person deserves to be treated with dignity. As a small gesture, we placed an LGBTQ+ ally sticker by the front entrance of our office to reflect the kind of business we choose to be.
Sometime later, we noticed that the sticker was gone. It hadn’t fallen off. It hadn’t faded. It was removed, deliberately, while all the other stickers remained untouched.
Someone walked into our space and attempted to send a message. We heard it. And now we’re responding clearly: we stand by our values, and we will not be silent.
