After discussing my situation, he told me that hiring his firm probably didn’t make financial sense for me because the cost of their services might outweigh the benefit. Instead of pressuring me to sign up, he gave me clear guidance on steps I could take myself, including filing my missing returns, working directly with the IRS on a payment agreement, and looking into penalty relief.   Tom was very helpful. I set up a phone consultation. He called right on time. He was able to help me with just a free 10 minute phone call. He was incredibly honest and transparent right from the beginning. He explained the simplicity of my situation. Instead of just taking my money, he actually spent some time to explain and provide advice on how to handle everything myself. I had more questions and Tom helped answered them all.
