Paid and Medical Leave
Colorado Family and Medical Leave (FAMLI)
In November of 2020, Colorado voters approved of Proposition 118, which requires employers to provide paid family medical leave to their employees. There is a state-administered FAMLI program, which has a set rate for premium contributions.
The law does allow employers to opt for a private plan, so long as it meets the required standards. We will shop around for the best rate so that you can comply with these requirements for a lower price than the government plan.
