Mason was born in Great Bend, Kansas but was raised two hours away on a farm in a small town called Scott City. He excelled as a student and an athlete at an early age and, by the time he reached high school, Mason’s talent in the classroom and on the basketball court did not go unnoticed. Mason received a Presidential Academic Scholarship to attend McPherson College in Kansas where he found continued success academically and athletically. Mason graduated in 2015 with a double major in Sociology and Psychology along with a minor in Business Administration. After graduation, he immediately found work as a purchasing agent for a fertilizer and air filtration manufacturer.
Mason moved to Denver in the summer of 2017 with his fiance, Sydney. They are parents to two beautiful dogs, Gordon and Titus, and enjoy taking them to the dog park during the weekends. Mason still loves playing basketball and video games, spending time with friends, and following sports.
